LeVeck Breaks Ground on Taylor Industrial Park Building in Ohio

LeVeck Commercial Real Estate broke ground last month on a new industrial building in Blacklick, Ohio, at 6579 Taylor Road. 

The planned 144,000-square-foot warehouse is being built on a speculative basis with the entire building available for lease. It is being marketed as a unique infill opportunity with additional land for future parking or outdoor storage and full 10-year tax abatements available. Joe Davis, Nick Tomasone and Brian Marsh of JLL are handling the leasing assignment.
